Refund policy

• Unused jewellery is eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. 
• Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been engraved or personalised. These products have been made bespoke to you and are therefore final. Unless your product is faulty, no exchange, credit note or refund will be possible.
• Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for return process. After your return is confirmed, the amount of your purchase will be credited to the credit card or bank account you use, deducting the shipping charge. The return date may vary depending on the applications of the bank you work with.
