Shipping policy

• All shipments (local, international) at MOA is free of charge and jewels are fully insured by UPS express courier.
• The orders are processed with unique handcraftmanship for each piece and will be informed when it will be shipped according to your number of order. Normally each piece is prepared 3-7 days.
• Once the order has been shipped, tracking number will be sent to you via mail to check the status of the shipment.
• Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days in Turkey and 5-14 working days in other countries.
• For engraved and personalised pieces please allow an extra 2 working days for shipment.
• Please be aware that all orders will require a signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work) and for high value items we always recommend using your billing address.
• For international shipments outside of Turkey, all import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, may incurred at the custom of destination country are under the responsibility of Museum of Archaics - MOA.
